Purpose of this disclosure

These pages explain the operation and expected use of this Crease installation. Review the linked policies before creating a match or providing content.

The operator may update these notices as the service changes. Mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law remain available; these notices do not certify compliance for every jurisdiction.

Data collected — summary

The scorebook stores match details, teams, players, deliveries, revisions and uploaded media. Support requests store the information you submit so the operator can review the request.

Public match links expose scorecard information and selected photographs to viewers. Network providers may process technical connection information to serve the site or an optional integration.

Data not collected

Public match links expose scorecard information and selected photographs to viewers. Network providers may process technical connection information to serve the site or an optional integration.

Image validation before storage

You must have permission to upload and share each image, logo and portrait, including permission for people shown. Match photographs are visible through public match links.

Uploads are checked for supported format and size. This installation does not claim that automated checks can establish consent, ownership or the safety of every image. Use Contact & support to report an image.

Automated match awards and ratings

Player awards and performance summaries are derived from recorded scorebook events. They are informational match statistics, not official sporting rankings or selection decisions.

Correct the underlying delivery or player attribution when a statistic is wrong. Corrected scorebooks update the derived reports and results.

Data retention

Match records, revisions, photographs and support messages remain in the configured database or object storage until the operator removes them. This installation does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.

Image trash is reversible. Browser storage keeps cached scorebooks and pending deliveries on that device. Export pending changes before clearing browser data. Contact the operator for deletion requests.

Location and GPS data

Country and region can be entered manually. GPS is optional and requested only when you choose Use GPS.

The GPS lookup uses downloaded geographic boundaries on your device. It does not send coordinates to an external geocoding provider. Check the suggested location before publishing match details.

Children and youth data

An adult with appropriate authority should manage a match involving young players. Use only the player information needed for the scorebook and obtain permission for photographs or broadcasts.

Do not submit contact details, school information or sensitive information about a child through a public roster or match image. Contact support if youth information needs removal.

Your rights and choices

Use Contact & support to identify the affected page or match, describe the issue and explain the remedy you are requesting. Supply a reply address when you need a response.

For content or rights reports, include the exact image or match URL and enough information for the operator to evaluate the report. Do not submit passwords, PINs or unnecessary sensitive information.

Security

This section covers security for the data safety notice. Use the scorebook and public sharing tools only for information you have authority to provide.

The operator can review support, access and content requests through Contact & support. Include the affected URL and a clear description so the request can be investigated.
